Manikanth Challa pursued his under graduation in Information Science Technology in the United States from the prestigious Pennsylvania State University. Along with having Information Technology as his major, he chose a minor in theatre, which provided him with the scope to be more practical and realistic in dealing with his professional and personal life.

He believes that one can achieve the desired goals with patience and focus. His most significant strength is his ability to concentrate and sheer respect towards his profession. He says, “It's not what you achieve, it's what you overcome. That's what defines your path.” His background in Product design (UI & UX) further enables him to understand and see things from a creative perspective, providing a significant lift in decision-making.
